It’s been a crazy couple of weeks. We planned to add a new beer on tap each week until we had a comfortable number of taps with our own beer on, but we have been completely selling out each week! Thank you for the support, Dan and I are blown away. We are doubling our brewing efforts to keep up, and will keep cranking out suds.
This week we have on our version of an American style Gose (scoff). Traditionally brewed with salt and coriander, we have conditioned ours on different fresh fruits including raspberry, blackberry, lemon and grapefruit. I’m sure they won’t last all weekend again, especially since we are adding Sunday hours this week.
No Growlers. We are sorry, but for obvious reasons we will not be filling any growlers. This policy will likely remain in place permanently. We prefer everyone come and hang out, talk to one another and enjoy the beer at the source. We promise to can in the future and will offer similar volumes to growlers in canned form for better quality control, planning purposes and similar price point at the tap room location.
The chef can make up food for your super bowl parties if you call in advance. Check out Elena Ruz online or on facebook to contact him. We will be closing at 8pm on Sundays.
Thank you to everyone for the support.

Our 4th week is in the books. We try to spread our tap list over many styles so there is something for everyone. This month we sold more IPA than all other styles combined, so we decided to lead with brewing hops. We brewed a second batch of Mosaic APA yesterday in the space.
We have removed the term “Swill” because dozens of customers thought we were actually combining leftover beer in glasses and reselling it. We will still have a couple of domestic options for the show crowd and dads everywhere.
Soft open continues: Thursday-Saturday 11am-10pm Open for lunch and dinner
We are brewing our 3rd and 4th batches in the space today. We are still targeting Feb 2017 to have full pours of our own beer available. In the meantime, we are doing our best to provide a quality guest tap list. Come by and see what we have been up to.
We have a full-kitchen menu available at all times during business hours. Please check out Elena Ruz Cuban Cuisine on social media for menu items and details.
Next weekend we are building on to the stage area and dialing in the sound with some local sound consultants.
We just got cleared to brew on 12/20. We have some beer in the fermenters, and anticipate serving full pours in Feb 2017.
In the meantime we have samples available as well as full pours of local and regional craft beer. The kitchen is open with a full-menu as well.
We will not be filling growlers until we are able to keep up with supply in house. We appreciate your understanding.
First day open to the public. We got final clearance to open last week and will begin brewing right away. Turn around is roughly a month, and then we will have full drafts of house beers on. Currently we have a nice selection of local and regional craft beer on draft, also some bottles and cans.
We are rapidly approaching a final inspection and will be able to announce an opening date soon. Thanks to all of our early supporters, we hope to see you out soon.
We will have a soft opening featuring other local craft breweries while our first batches are fermenting. Follow us on social media for real time daily updates.
