Marie Vaunt is a Japanese-American techno producer and DJ currently based in Los Angeles.
With her unique blend of massive rhythms, dark and ethereal vocals, and genre-defining acid lines, she has gained a large following, amassing 7.6+ million Spotify streams in 2024, while also being a regular presence on the Beatport Top 100.
Her track "Dark Room," released on Adam Beyerʼs Drumcode Records, achieved the #1 position on the Beatport Techno Peak Time Top 100. She is one of the few artists to have had three tracks simultaneously in the Top 10 of that chart, with "Dark Room," "ADSR," and "Reaction" charting together in the early months of 2024. Marie is also the co-founder of Kurai Records, which is currently one of the top three techno labels on Beatport.
That same year, Marie became the best-selling female techno artist on Beatport and ranked fourth overall. Her repertoire includes releases on reputable labels such as Drumcode, Revealed Recordings, Fe Chrome, Autektone.
